Spare a thought for those caring for elderly relatives. Whilst having lunch by the sea on a beautiful sunny day I watched with admiration as a daughter looked after her elderly parents. Her patience as she helped them gently manage their food and the attention to detail she had paid to get them sitting comfortably was indeed an act of love.

This caring lady had taken the trouble to get two very elderly people to the coast for a treat. She had managed the sticks and wheelchair and with a smile on her face and she had given them a taste of the freedom they had once taken for granted.
