The days are getting shorter and the nights longer. This is the time of year that some people dread. Reduced light, dull weather and lower temperatures all tell us that autumn is here and winter is not far away. If you suffer from SAD (Seasonal affective disorder) then you will certainly be mourning the loss of summer and dreading the long nights of winter.
