- Try to maintain a work / life balance and take plenty of exercise – exercise is known to reduce the effects of stress on the body
- Eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do not skip meals.
- If you are overcommitted at work speak out and say so. Do not try to be all things to all people. If you have problems in your personal life seek help now.
