It is a book that saw me laughing and crying as I read it. It is an uplifting read and a story of hope for all those people who find "Black Dog" nipping at their heels.
It would be trite to say that this book will solve all your problems but it certainly does give an honest appraisal of how to help yourself through bouts of depression that seem almost too painful to bear.
